Michele Young is a former journalist and now communications co-ordinator with Developing World Connections. DWC is a Kamloops-based non-profit that does international development and sends teams of volunteers to help out in countries around the world. DWC's mission is to connect people and resources to make a difference in the lives of those who most need it.
